Privacy.
WarpedBed is a small, hand-printed 3D-printing studio in Washington, USA. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to take your order, ship it, and stay in touch if you ask us to — and we don't sell your data. Here's exactly what that means.
▌ What we collect
Your email (when you sign up for the newsletter or create an account), your name and shipping address (when you order), your order history, and the basic technical data your browser sends (device type, pages viewed). Card payments are processed by PayPal — WarpedBed never sees or stores your full card number.
▌ How we use it
To fulfill and ship your order, send you order updates (confirmation, packed/shipped, delivered), run the optional newsletter (with one-click unsubscribe in every send), and keep the site working. That's it.
▌ Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the shop:
- PayPal — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — website hosting + delivery.
- Resend — sending order + newsletter email.
- Shipping carriers (e.g. USPS/UPS) — to deliver your order, via the address you provide.
▌ Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies for essentials only: your cart/session and (if you sign in) your login. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
▌ Data retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and business purposes. Account and newsletter data can be removed on request (see below).
▌ Your choices
Unsubscribe from the newsletter any time via the link in any email. To access or delete your account/data, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
▌ Children
Our products include toys and collectibles, but the store is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.
